Welcome to Sundown RV Park
Sundown RV Park is designed for travelers who want comfort, privacy, and an easy home base here in Central Texas. Our sites are roomy at 60 by 30 feet, each one fenced for privacy and multiple options are set up with a 600 square foot turf yard so you can settle in without feeling too crowded. We’re also professionally managed, and we keep things quiet, clean, and organized. Long-term guests complete a background check, quiet hours are respected, and our team keeps the park running smoothly so your stay is simple and stress-free!
Unbeatable Location
Our location is one of the biggest perks of staying here. We’re just 4 miles east of I-35 and less than 2 miles west of State Highway 130, giving you quick access to several nearby towns.
You can be on the Georgetown Square in about 10 minutes for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and local events. Lake Georgetown is also nearby, offering fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking around the trails that circle the lake. And if you need some big-city conveniences or want to explore Austin for the day, you can be downtown in around 30 minutes.
Smaller towns like Round Rock and Taylor are really easy drives too! In Round Rock you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining, and Taylor is known for its famous Texas barbecue scene. No matter where you’re headed, you won’t spend your whole day on the road!
Long Term Stays Welcome
If you’re planning to stay a while, Sundown RV Park is set up to make your long-term living experience a comfortable one. Our large fenced sites give you privacy and space to spread out, and most include turf yards that create a clean outdoor spot for relaxing or letting your pets enjoy the fresh air.
Internet is available two ways so you can choose what works best for your setup. We offer managed WiFi throughout the park or dedicated fiber run directly to 66 sites, which can be a great option for remote work, online meetings, and streaming.
With quiet hours, clear policies, and professional onsite management, our long-term folks can rest assured they’re in a stable environment that they can truly settle into. So whether you’re working nearby, looking for a flexible living option, or spending an extended season in Central Texas, welcome home!
Park Information
We are a pet friendly park, so bring along your furry companions!
Office hours are Mon-Thurs 9 AM to 6 PM, Fri 9 AM to 8 PM, and Sat-Sun 10 AM to 6 PM.
Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Check in is 1 PM.
Check out is 12 PM.
