Park Rules
General Rules
- All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. RVs 15 years or older require management approval.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Check-in time is 1 PM, check-out time is 12 PM. Your site must be clean and inspected prior to deposit release.
- First month’s rent and all deposits are due prior to hook-up.
- Treat the park, our staff, and your fellow residents with respect.
- Reservation holders are responsible for the actions of their visitors, guests, and pets. All guests must be registered. Subleasing is not allowed.
- Parents are responsible for the conduct and any damages caused by children under 18.
- The park reserves the right to refuse service based on RV appearance, guest behavior, or policy violations.
- Keep your site clean, orderly, and free of appliances or items that interfere with maintenance.
- Place all trash in designated dumpsters and keep dumpster doors closed.
- No tents, pop-ups, clotheslines, extra fencing, dog kennels, barriers, pallets, or outside appliances allowed.
- No mats or rugs on the turf or grass.
- No hazardous materials, digging, pole installation, or satellite installation without approval.
- Water pressure regulators are recommended.
- The park is not responsible for power surges or fluctuations. Guests are encouraged to use GFCI protection.
- No auto or trailer repairs anywhere in the park.
- All sewer hoses must be leak-free and use a donut or threaded attachment.
- Only manufactured above-ground fire pits with proper fire arrestors are permitted. No open flames or fireplaces.
- Holiday décor must be removed promptly after the season.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation, we will offer you a credit for the amount of your reservation payment, the determination of which is at our sole discretion.
- We do not offer refunds.
- The credit is non-transferrable.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome! A fee of $15 per pet applies (Pet Plus Sites include up to two pets).
- Guests must notify management of all pets and provide a description for each one. Failure to do so will result in fines.
- Pet owners are fully responsible for any damages, injuries, or noise violations caused by their pets.
- Pets must be leashed or inside your fully fenced site at all times.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended, tethered, or fenced without a responsible person present.
- Temporary fencing must be approved before use. No t-posts or panel fencing allowed.
- Temporary fencing must be easy to remove and fold into a small bundle.
- Medium and large dogs require fencing at least 40 inches tall.
- Guests must clean up after their pets at all times.
Additional Policies
- The park is not responsible for USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other delivered mail or packages.
- Zero tolerance for harassment or disruptive behavior toward staff or guests.
- No tampering with electrical boxes.
- No boats or flatbed trailers without prior approval; additional fees apply.
- Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Vehicles parked in vacant RV sites will be towed.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.
- No discounts or refunds for interrupted utilities, cable, or Wi-Fi.
- There is a 24-hour correction grace period if a violation is identified before $25.00 fine per day.
