Yes. There is a pet fee of $15 per pet (up to 2 pets included in our Pet Plus Sites). All guest with pets must agree to the pet policies.
Yes, we do allow tiny houses, pending management’s approval. Please text us pictures, size, and amperage to our phone number: +1 210-716-0715
No arrivals after 9:30 PM. We are open from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday – Friday. If you are arriving outside of those times, please make sure of the following the day BEFORE:
- Which site number you have reserved.
- You have paid in full.
- You notify us via text +1 210-716-0715 of your ETA.
- You are willing and able to park and set up your RV without any on-site assistance from our staff.
- You maintain respect for park rules around quiet hours. Please do not be noisy setting up.
All longterm guests must complete a background check and you can generally expect to see those results within 24-48 hours.
